Turkey And Stuffing Meatloaf

Every now and again, I need a nice easy recipe to throw together.  I was trying to think of something new, when I remembered a Stuffing Meatloaf recipe I spotted a while back.  It only calls for ground meat, stuffing mix, egg, and water.  How much easier can it get?

I couldn't remember where I found it, but thanks to a quick search I tracked down the original source (though according to the comments it actually came from a Stove Top stuffing package).  I decided to swap out 1/4 cup of the water for melted butter since it worked out great in the Beer Chicken and Stuffing Bake I made a few months ago.

First I combined ground turkey, stuffing mix, egg, water, and melted butter in a large bowl until well combined.

Then I transferred the mixture to a bread loaf pan.

I baked the meatloaf for 45 minutes.

I sliced the meatloaf once it was done and served it up.

This recipe was so easy and so good!  My husband was crazy about it.  Next time I think I'll try adding ketchup to the top and maybe even add some beer because I loved it so much in the Beer Chicken and Stuffing Bake.  I have no complaints though, and I even shared some with my family who loved it as well.  Add some vegetables to the side and you've got an easy and filling dinner.
